MEET MORGANNE

Morganne holds degrees in violin performance from the Mannes School of Music, and violin performance and pedagogy from the Cleveland Institute of Music. Morganne is interested in performing repertoire that expands and challenges the Western classical canon.  She has performed across the US and abroad.

Morganne has taught private violin lessons and group musicianship classes to children and adults since 2010. She is currently on faculty at the Indianapolis Suzuki Academy and IU String Academy. Morganne is also an Associate Instructor at Indiana University, where she assists in educating undergraduate music education majors.

Morganne is also an active researcher with fields of interest including string pedagogy, applied studio lessons, and the intersection of technology and music education. She currently services as Editorial Assistant for the Journal of Research in Music Education
